| All reservations must be confirmed with full payment by credit card at the time of booking. A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all room reservations. Upon check-in, a guarantee for additional expenses that may be incurred during stay is required. Either credit card imprint or cash deposit accepted. Special Event Policy is a 7 days cancellation policy which overrides the 48 hour standard policy. Please refer to our Deposit Policy and Cancellation & Changes conditions below. |
Property policies:
- Check in time is 2.00 pm on day of arrival. Early check in is subject to availability on day of arrival. It cannot be guaranteed. Luggage storage can be provided if early check in is not available.
- Early check in before 2.00 pm can only be guaranteed if guest is pre-registered, meaning accommodation is booked and pre-paid for the night prior to arrival.
- Check out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. Late check out may be arranged at motel subject to availability on day of departureand upon payment of relevant fees.
- Guaranteed late check out after 10.00 am up to 1.00 pm carries a late check out surcharge (rates upon application) and is subject to availability.
- An additional night's accommodation rate applies to check out after 1.00 pm.
- Rates generally cover 2 adults unless specified otherwise.

Payment and deposit information:
- ROOMS
A credit card is required on booking for full payment of accommodation. The motel will process the payment using the credit card details provided. The motel reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit card transactions. A booking confirmation will be provided by email, if email address is supplied.

Cancellation and changes:
- ROOMS
- Cancellation inside 48 hours prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation will apply.
- Cancellation outside 48 hours prior to arrival - a processing and administration fee of $20.00 will apply.
- Amendment or change of dates outside 48 hours prior to arrival is permissable and no charge applies. Up to 2 changes allowed per reservation.
- Bookings for Special Event periods have a cancellation policy 7 days prior to arrival. This will be advised at time of booking if applicable.
- No refunds will be given for early check outs or No Show.

Extra guests
- The rates are based on your selections chosen for adults and children.
- Children(under 4 years) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults. Children rates apply for children aged between 4 and 14 years. Breakfast and other package charges as applicable.
- Extra person rate is $15.00 per adult and $10.00 per child (under 14 yrs)
